Milleniumcon 2014, Part 2

In between demo games of Incursion, I had a chance to sight-see all the gaming goodness going on around me. I did get there at Friday afternoon so before my first demo session that evening I got to play.

(click on the pix to enlarge)
An excellent, card driven, cinematic style, western shoot-em-up, cowboy! game

The table makes the game more enjoyable (one of the main reasons for miniatures)

My band of Outlaws: two thugs (left) and two braves

One of my braves in position

My two thugs looking for an opportunity to bush whack!!

My second brave on the rooftop for some Hollwood-style sniping

Getting ready to make a move

One of my allies getting the drop on a lawman in the overcoat
*BANG* "You're dead!
"How's about a face full of buckshot, Lawman?"
My Brave advances across the street

North Atlantic 1944 naval action (using GHQ Micronauts)

Close Action

All Quiet on the Martian Front

Excellent table for Bolt Action

Swashbuckling action: 3 Musketeers style with Dumas

A Call to Arms, Star Fleet Regulus IV

A good example of Wacky Gaming: The Witches of Edgewood using Witchfinder General

Epic Warhammer 40k

10mm Napoleonics using Honor and Arms

Classic Cowboys and Indians (Native Americans)
I stand corrected - this is the classic Cowboys and Indians

I can hear them Injuns war whoopin

ATZ (All Things Zombie) played on this ginormous,
scratch built island in 15mm

And the ubiquitous 'A Bridge Too Far' scenario
using Operation Market Garden

I was impressed by this over-sized reference sheet,
perfect for these aging eyes of mine

Another Bolt Action table using a TableWar mat and 4Ground buildings

These are 54mm miniatures

Dr Who?

15mm Gale Force Nine terrain that I acquired at the flea market

Another cool acquisition were these 28mm Rednecked Hillbillies
